From everything I've read the cap will only go up a million or so like it has the last few seasons.  I'm expecting about 124 million.  Don't go by profootballtalk for almost anything.  They aren't taking into account the 27+ million in dead money we have this year.  We have almost no cap space this year.  We should be at about 86 million if nothing else changes.  We'll probably be about 94 or 95 million after rookies.  The salary cap floor should be about 110 million.  If we don't free up any space, resign anyone, or extend any contracts, we're looking at 25-34 million or so in spending.  To get to 25 million in spending we could sign probably 4-5 8 million dollar a year contracts.  These are players like Jake Long, Andy Levitre, and Mike Wallace.
