This is true. The important thing is they are donating and getting needed money to a good cause. I still have a disdain for people whose ulterior motives are selfish and wish there were more people that would just do good for the sake of doing good (such as donating to ALS), and  ANONYMOUSLY, but thats just the way it is I guess. We don't live in a humble society. A lot of people wouldn't do good unless they can broadcast themselves doing it. - but its better than them NOT donating, so...

 

 

I know it comes off as "petty" and maybe it is, but I'd just like to live in a world where people would do good things like donate to causes like ALS and not need some gimmick and face time to do so. I'd like more people to do good for the right reasons. Maybe thats just being too idealistic.
