2012: Just win baby

2013: Just win some more baby

2014: If You didn't win over the last two years baby.... draft a QB...

2015: Sugar

2016: Spice

2017: And Everything Nice

2018: Draft the fastest WR with your 1st round pick (No exceptions, I don't care if it's the No. 1 pick, speed wins baby)

2019: Move the team to L.A

2020: Move the team back to Oakland

2021: Repeat 2012 plan....
