You're right about that, this still isn't a team that's ready to compete at that level, but the difference between a Henne and an elite QB starting on this team is probably 6 wins. If Henne can get this team to 6-10 an elite QB would get it to 12 wins.

 

Additionally with Henne in the game you know this team isn't going to come back in the 4th quarter of any games. He's more likely to throw a pick in the 4th than a TD.

 

However, if your point is simply that Henne matches the team then I'm not sure I'd agree with that, he's probably holding it back to some degree at this point.
