What are your thoughts on Reynolds at LB?

When I read the name LaRoy Reynolds, my first thought is "tackle without a helmet." That was a highlight play on TV, but I can't remember how his helmet came off.
When we went after Dakoda Watson, was the idea to have a competition for the starting job or did the coaches think Reynolds was not ready for it? As far as calling it a "good problem to have," well, don't tell Russell Allen that. If he did not have to retire, I don't think we would have tried to get Watson. |
