Golf fans: Tiger Woods parts ways with Sean Foley

#28

Quote:I think his putting woes are due to his bad back, and frustration in general. If he can get back to driving long and in the fairway, the rest of his game will follow suit.

I disagree on this one. Foley's swing mechanics have crept into every aspect of Tiger's game including putting and chipping. Tiger was never a straight driver, even under Harmon. The different was, he had a one way miss and knew how to play with it. He is dealing with a 2 way miss now and that isn't typically a good thing for someone who makes a living playing golf.

I think once Tiger gets away from his robotic swing and just starts playing golf again, all will be right in the golf world sooner rather than later. I do think Tiger could stand to lose a little of his bulk though.

I long to see him swing like this again...
