You're obviously really burned up about it.  Some fans have trouble disconnecting from a loss.  Some fans don't have realistic expectations coming into the season.  You should take solace in the fact that you are obviously not alone.

 

At the end of the day, we're 1 game into the season and I saw a very strong defensive performance by our squad that should have been enough to win even with Henne at QB.   We didn't lose because of Henne yesterday, but evidently his few mistakes were all that you and others needed to get on your soapboxes today.  Everything changed for us when Cyprien went out.  I don't like drawing conclusions off of one game, but if that's any indication of what the season will be like then as long as we stay healthy we should be "in" games.  Staying relatively healthy through an entire season will be a challenge and the depth of this roster probably isn't where it needs to be yet.  I expected 5 wins and more competitive ball games coming into this season.  Yesterday did nothing to sway me on that.
