What he'll be evaluating is hoping he has a job next year.  It will come to a point if we have another loss like this or two, he'll start Bortles because it will give him a reason to keep his job.  This coach and GM are tied to Bortles and his success.  At some point, they're going to have to ride it, THIS year.
