Prior to the season starting in a thread where we were guessing when Bortles would start I figured around the 3week or after that game.  I'm hoping my guess was right as I figure this season is already shot (not enough talent at key roles) so why not let the rookie learn this year so that the team may be a playoff contender next year (if we get a good draft)
