This team needs to finish around .500 in year 3, anything else is unacceptable. We have a ton of cap space and high end draft picks, the way this team has played over the last 6 quarters, it looks like we're headed for yet another
top 3 pick. I know it's hard to win at this level, but you have to at least be competitive.
