Exactly.

 

There was nothing unaggressive about the scheme, they even tried a flea flicker. The problem was the QB. The QB holds the team back, or lifts the team up. Henne was just another Gabbert level QB holding the team back and Bortles is an Andrew Luck level QB who will continually lift the team up.
