I've been saying it here over and over again, the QB is the guy that determines if the coaching is good or not.

 

There have been very few coaches good enough to actually get around having a guy at that position with severe limitations.

 

I just don't expect miracles from coordinators, we already knew Henne was a terrible gabbert level QB.

 

If you happen to miraculously get one of those Parcells/Gibbs/Harbaugh level coaches that makes bad QB play seem good then that's great, but for every other coach, they really are just a placeholder, Bortles is the real "coach" of the team now, just like Manning was the real "coach" of the colts and Brady is the real "coach" of the Patriots.
