So my words aren't misconstrued I'll place this in bold.

I understand Poz isn't Bobby Wagner or Patrick Willis or the second coming of Brian Urlacher but he isn't the weak link in the defense either.

I never said he was the
weak link, because he's one of many
weak links on the Jaguars defense. He's a good two down linebacker that struggles in coverage; he's always been a liability in coverage dating back to his days in Buffalo. Your Gif proves that if he's watching the QB eyes while sitting in zone he can make a play on the ball if it's thrown directly at him, I would hope most human beings (let alone professional football players) make that play. When asked to man-up against a TE or RB he struggles, you claim to understand that Poz isn't Bobby Wagner or Patrick Willis, the problem is the Jaguars are paying him to be that guy, and it's clear he's not.
