I nominate Gus Bradley for waiting until the second half to put Bortles in the game.

Im not saying the Jags could have won if BB was starting the game, but it could have been more competitive.

I second Gus, bortles should have been playing from the start. All that crap about waiting until ready is garbage if that was the case they wouldn't have sent bortles in.

I say the defense.

They didn't stop a thing. They couldn't stop a runny nose with a kleenex factory today.

Sorry, but the strength of this team was supposed to be the defense. It's the same old sorry can't tackle, can't sack, can't stop a pass stuff we've seen for too long.

It all sucked, but the defense sucked for both halves today, so there's that.

Defense was awful to watch. I think we had 10 missed tackles in the first 20 minutes

That made me laugh. You sir are definitely not the donkey of this board.

My worry is that Caldwell and Gus are equally Donkeys.  The talent seems nowhere close to what we thought it'd be.  No one expected 10 Pro-Bowlers but we all thought they'd be better than this.

So, is it DC?  The coaching staff?  or both?

At least we got Bortles in now and not like Week 10. Theoretically the defense could pull its head out of its rear and start helping. The division is still wide open.

No pain, no gain.

Yup, but I thought Henne's play doesn't determine if Blake gets on, only Blakes readiness.  Haha what a joke, should have just started the kid.

I'm not down on Caldwell at all. If he got Bortles right, pro-Bowlers will start magically appearing out of thin air.
