Are we underestimating Ace Sanders?
|
Quote:Ace comes back in a couple weeks and all the talk is of him being a good punt returner, not so much at receiver. Last year he didn't really have a position. He played in the slot, out wide and in the backfield. He played 15 games and started 4. 51 Receptions for 484 (Both 2nd on the team behind CS3). Sounds like more than a punt returner to me. He can be a difference maker if used properly. I hope they don't overlook all that.I always saw Ace as being equal to Mike Brown in talent, but Mike Brown has been a huge disappointment so far this season (not playing nearly as good as last year). I hope Ace can get clean first off, and then have a good career but he has to prove himself to his teammates, coaches, and to us fans that he is trust worthy... |
