You need to bring in a veteran player to play in the secondary. There are plenty to choose from, try them out and pick up the one with the most left in the tank.

 

Also, you don't need to gut a team to rebuild it. That was the mistake Caldwell made when he first got here. You don't need to blow everything up and take your lumps. He had plenty of cap space to sign the guys that he did without having to completely rid of stopgap players

 

This "lump" you're referring to is HISTORICALLY BAD. FOR A SECOND SEASON IN A ROW. Not only is that unprecedented but this is the type of bad play that Eagles fans would burn houses down over.

 

It's bad enough people don't go to the games. It's even worse when the team they're expected to go support is once again off to a historically bad start.
