Quote:Maybe.  But when a company owns the internet and all of computing, and then finds themselves on a slow path to irrelevancy in the very areas they dominated I think they've at least done something wrong.  Microsoft is becoming something people use because they have to.  Apple still has a rabid fanbase, but in my experience, you have to use their stuff in a very specific way or else it's a nightmare.  

 

With that said, I don't necessarily have problems using these products, I just don't really think they are very good.  All the alternatives to what they offer have caught up.
