If you're talking about PCs, sure.  Why not.  But if you're looking at the reality that people are now using mobile devices and phones to do most of the stuff they previously did on a PC then I doubt it's even close.  I don't have numbers but I'd guess that the average person uses their tablet/phone in their personal time more than they use a PC of any kind, and I doubt it's running windows.  Windows does still dominate the workplace AND it comes preinstalled on most computers/laptops.  So yea, they got that going for them. Which leads me to a funny story:  Here we have a Town Center shopping plaza (or whatever) and there is both an Apple Store and a Microsoft store.  A few days ago there were so many people in the Apple store there was actually a long wait to get in due to it being a fire hazard.  My lasting memory of the Microsoft store was walking by it one night after it closed and seeing like 40 employees in there with blindfolds on.
