I was playing around with it yesterday and found it, it'll work like 8.1 at that point where there's still a start button but it takes you to start page.  

 

I was going to go back to it since I was lost when I installed it, I haven't used a start menu in like 3 years lol, I was flicking around the desktop for the charm bar.

It also makes quadrant snapping a thing which will be nice for anyone that uses a bunch of programs simultaneously.
