Justice was already served in the original trial. Dunn wasn't getting out of prison ever. So, what purpose did the second trial serve beyond wasting taxpayer money to make a life sentence a longer life sentence? This was nothing but a face saving trial for the State's Attorney.


I'm curious. Is there such thing as a "rightful murder?"
