NYC4jags pointed out how Bortles was looking deep when he took a sack, and he had options running deep but threw short instead.

 

Basically, he pointed out in-game evidence showing that Fisch doesn't appear to handcuff him, and he pointed to commentary after the game showing the same thing. You wont accept either one. How about you tell us what would be acceptable?
