There are several other schools just in the SEC that have comparable facilities, salary, recruiting power.  Not to mention the Pac-12 Schools like Oregon and USC.  Then you have Big 10 powers like Ohio State.  Also, OU and Texas are top notch programs.  IMO any coaching moving from one of those schools to the other are lateral moves.


I think a lot of it has to do with Florida's history and the state of Florida being a recruiting hot bed. There's about 20 schools that are top jobs. Then, how many of those schools have HC openings, ya know?
