We have young and inexperienced players combined with poor and/or inexperienced coaching.  Perfect recipe for 5-21.
 

Like I said, the team has the most cap room in the league by far and will be forced to spend it. That cap number could even grow with some cuts to over priced players. There will be a few very good players introduced to the team in FA. And I think you are underestimating how valuable rookies playing is. Everyone in the NFL says the biggest jump players take is from year 1 to year 2. That jump doesnt happen unless they play and take their lumps.
