They were a young and hungry team that had a lot of talent, but needed consistent QB play. Then they got it.

 

In Wilson's rookie year, he threw for 26 TDs, 10 INTs and 3,100 yards. That's good, but it's not like he's Peyton and immediately transformed the team.
