I'm trying to figure why FSU would want to have this hearing that you're so against. The institution you support wants to hold their students to a higher standard....but since it may affect the football team everyone is mad.
 

The hearings are intended to remove lawyers so that the accused can more easily be convicted by sub-standard procedures. You have no presumption of innocence nor even the right to confront your accuser. None of pillars of our justice system exist in that format and it's a disgrace.
