I'm not saying shut it down, I'm saying there needs to be much more oversight so there is much less fraud.

No matter what lefties will always have an excuse for these programs. There is 50% of Americans on some sort of government assistance. People know what to write on the forms to scam the system. Did you hear about the surfer band bum in California who doesn't get paid for these activities and buys lobster and steak with his EBT card. He said why get a job when he doesn't have to. Fraud. No matter which way you slice it.
