Approve of Caldwell, Unsure on Bradley, disapprove of (two) coordinators, Babich and Mallory.
Bradley is on thin ice IMO. He's made a lot of game time errors. The team never seems to improve after halftime. His chosen coordinators are poor. I also think he's too conservative. On the plus side, he does seem to get the most out of the players, and is a good recruiter of free agents. Maybe he can pull off another 3-1 after the bye rally. We'll see. Fisch gets a pass because the offense is just too young to properly judge him. I never liked Babich. One of the TV announcers said that Gus had taken over running the defense. I don't know whether or not that's true, but it explains the improvement after a dismal start. If it is true then Babich is nothing more than a place holder. Coughlin was both HC and OC for a time, maybe Gus should be HC and DC next year. Mallory has to go. Coverage has generally been good, but five blocks in one season (ten games) is unacceptable. I though Caldwell could have done better in his first year, both in the draft and free agency. Also I didn't like the Monroe trade and thought he was too anxious to get rid of players from past administrations. It appears he has done a super job in his second draft, and picked up some useful fill-ins at reasonable prices in free agency.
