They're not working on his mechanics during the regular practices. Once he assumed the starting role, his entire focus shifted from developing and improving to the game plan for each week. That was the point many here were trying to stress in saying he should be allowed to develop at his own pace and not rushed into starting.

How would you react?

Can you show one bit of evidence backing up the fact that he's not allowed to audible? Because I can show you tons that says you're wrong about that. Just watch any game. He's checking out of plays plenty of times during a game.

Never argue with idiots. They drag you down to their level and beat you with experience.
