There's ONE QB in the entire league that dedicates himself to the extent you suggested earlier, and in the history of the league, that percentage is even smaller. All indications are that he is very dedicated to getting better. The problem is that once he took over as the starter, the time he has to do anything other than prepare for the next game is extremely limited. This is still a rookie QB learning the NFL game.

Good thing we got a great HC and OC to help this rookie QB out....
