There are no great teams in the PAC-12 for Oregon to pad their resume with. FSU beat Clemson (a top 5 team) they'll have beat Miami (who will probably be a top 5 team), and depending on how the Coastal division of the ACC goes, they may beat them twice. The ACC is hardly a power house, but the teams at the top are better teams than the top teams of the PAC-12. And FSU is beating top teams in the ACC with ease. That's the main difference, and that's why they'll be playing in the National Championship against Alabama. Oregon's SOS has gone down the toilet with Stanford and UCLA losing games they shouldn't have and Washington falling off.
