Why is this concept so difficult for coaches?

They specifically brought in people to fit that scheme so you would be asking the players to run a scheme for which they are even less suited.

You basically have 5 guys out there that have never worked with each other before this season, most of whom have very little experience. They would make any scheme look bad.
