If year 3 isn't a competitive roster you're not firing him for Bradly. You're firing him because he hasn't fielded a competitive roster in 3 years. I don't care who our coach was this year, this roster wasn't a .500 roster no one deny's that. We could have the greatest coaches of all time the talent just wasn't there. Now the idea is it'll develop this offseason, or we will find the missing pieces, but if next year the talent still isn't there it's on David. 

 

Does anyone think the talent was there this year to be a .500 team? I'm under the impression we all agree the team was just out matched top to bottom most games (be it because their young, or not ready, they suck, whatever reason).
