Nonetheless, Poz is an OK MLB. He's a super respectful guy and I like him and greatly respect him but is he worth $7.45M each of the next 2 years? No... I say throw that money at some other FA we badly need and go with youth at the LB position. We aren't going to the Super Bowl in the next 2 years so I say part ways with him and spend the money elsewhere. It's just my opinion.

I understand the youth movement but personally I feel like unless Poz becomes a major liability, the chances of finding anyone significantly better are slim. Draft his heir and let him develop behind Poz.
