No, actually. Building through the draft takes time. It always has. Gene Smith did it wrong. Hopefully, Caldwell does it right. But it's not fair to start over if Caldwell doesn't get this team competitive next year. I am sure it will be improved when we find a better Quarterback, but he still needs time to draft his players.
