He was hamstrung by Del Rio for sure.  I am not sure he's the answer actually, I was just saying there are worse choices.  I think the drawback with Koetter is that from what I understand he can be a little aloof and may not be as good a "teacher" as some other candidates and this is what this team needs now more than anything.
