Jack Del Rio emerges as a head-coaching candidate in Oakland

It seems like it.

Because of Reggie McKenzie's spotty at best track record with personnel decisions and the Dennis Allen hire which didn't work out,   it could be difficult for the Raiders to get a good HC candidate if McKenzie is kept.   If the Raiders have another 4-12 type of season,   Mark Davis might decide to fire McKenzie.   His replacement might want to hire a different HC for 2016.    Derek Carr is going to need stability at some point in the next couple of years.   It's far from certain Carr is going to have stability.
