This is actually not true. The last year that TC was here, was arguably his best coaching job in Jax. That team was depleted of talent yet competed till the end. Not the case with JDR late in his tenure. He lost the locker room because his ego got in the way and one by one alienated the leaders of this team (Stroud, Peterson, and was it Grant?). By the end, we were hearing that he was last to get in the stadium, and first one to leave.
