I don't see this position as being a deterrent for anyone. There is talent on this roster, and the coordinator is going to have an opportunity to build something that hopefully makes them a hot commodity in the league. Anyone shying away from a job like this is doing so because they aren't secure in their own abilities as a coach. I doubt you'll ever find a coach who would indicate anything of the sort. Never argue with idiots. They drag you down to their level and beat you with experience.
