The excuse for lack of talent is not a valid one for an exceptional coach wishing for the title of OC in the NFL.   Did Hall of Fame Coach Joe Gibbs simply give up almost his entire team gave up on him and went on strike & so called scrubs stepped up to play?  No he coached them up...

 

A good coach doesnt back away from a challenge, they walk towards them...
