  Mike Murlarkey's work in Pittsburgh certainly was the primary reason he had the opportunity to become Buffalo HC.    I recall him being an innovative OC.   Many gadget plays.   While he might not have been a great coordinator,   I think most people at least view his work in Pittsburgh in that role as good.
