also that no stones thing is a joke because as much as you may not like the guy, he was definitely vocal about the bills being a mess. he butted heads with the FO about playing orton instead of manuel..... which was the right move because ej is terrible.

 

id like to see more of his offensive playcalling philosophy. i might need to do some research today because he is definitely a legit possibility.

 

 Granted,  Syracuse did noticeably improve under Doug Marrone.   Yet,  they were still only 25-25 in Marrone's 4 combined seasons.    In a Big East Conference that wasn't even close to being on the level of the SEC.    Let alone reminding anyone of the NFL. 

 

 As a HC,  Marrone seems to be someone that can get a team to .500 or a little higher.   But as a HC or an Offensive Coordinator,  is he someone that can help take a team to a higher level,  w/o having someone like Sean Payton in the picture?    If Gus Bradley believes he can,  based on research,  including talking to people associated with Marrone ( including opponents ) and he's the best available option from Bradley's perspective,   it's the type of decision that probably will make or break Bradley as a HC.   If Bradley proves correct under this scenario,  he gets a contract extension.  If he's incorrect,  you know the rest.
