The problem with College tape is....  How much is improvisation?  How much is one team having better athletes then the competition?

 

The NFL is the great equalizer because even the practice squad players are better than the college kids.  I'm not speaking of potential of course just straight up out of college vs a regular practice squad guy.  Every position takes adjustment to go from being better than those around you to having to out work those around you.

 

I think/hope BB5 will put in the work and raise up the team.  I am very pleased that we avoided the Tim and Johnny messes.  Everything is tilted against guys like that coming out of college.
