I have high confidence in Bortles improving next season.  The coaching around him, on paper, looks a lot better.  The players should be better and I expect a few adds in FA to help out as well. The young guys last year will have a year of experience under their belt and an offseason of development.  There's talent there and another offseason should help if we have the right coaches in place.  

 

Greg Olson >>> Jedd Fisch in my humble opinion and we'll see that play out this year.  Blake is better off with just the coaching changes let alone all the other improvement around him.
