The other thing is both Dave (GM) and Gus are new so its hard to tell if they are working together (like who thought it would be a good idea to get rid of Eugene)?
Actually, it's hard to grade him at all with what he was supplied with. Look at the flipping roster.

 

Who thought it would be a good idea to get rid of Monroe? The one who realized that he wouldn't be here next year so he decided to get draft picks instead of nothing. This is a rebuild. Picks are everything.
