JJ Watt got a 6 year $100m contract, with a $10m signing bonus (gets amortized), a $10m roster bonus (full cap hit when paid), and base salaries. About $52m was guaranteed, and the deal averaged $16.7m per year. 

 

Gerald McCoy got a 6 year $95m contract, with a $2.5m signing bonus, and base salaries.  About $51.5m was guaranteed, and the deal averaged $15.9m per year.

 

My guess is that a deal for Suh would be somewhere in the vicinity of these deals, likely with a large upfront amount such as Watt's deal and average in the $17-18m range to get him to depart Detroit.
