How do you know they wouldn't do this?  Have you seen the way the draft chart works?  It's not a perfect science, but if a team falls in love with a player...there has been worse things done in the draft.
 

A lot more than that, actually. I had other accounts before and after this one.

 

I know recent draft history. It is extremely unusual for a team with two first round picks to trade both of them to move up.
