If we do get one of the marquee, then a handful of other good and overlooked guys like I mentioned above we will be a very much improved team. 

No state income tax well help some.

 

Weather will help some....won't matter in some cases

 

Scheme will help some...hurt in other instances.

 

More cap room will help some.

 

I think what will hurt this team more than anything will be it hasn't won in a while.

 

Unless we can convince those guys who want to win that we are close to winning-in addition to offering a boatload of money-we will miss out on some for that reason.

 

But I think a ton of cap room, a mandate to spend to a certain percentage of the cap, and and owner/GM who has publicly stated a willingness to do what it takes to attract free agents here will help too.
