It appears that Caldwell and Bradley have a pretty good image to build this team to have maintained success. The problem is when you have a team pretty much devoid of talent and expect to build through the draft, meaning you expect young players to not only contribute but to star, it is going to be a long process. Problem is, everybody expects an immediate, unrealistic fix.

 

I really hope they do spend, but are able to maintain their long term image. I understand their seat is hot and hopefully they do enough now to save their job without sacrificing the future image they have envisioned. Assuming Bortles proves to be a franchise guy, I genuinely believe they can build something similar to what the Patriots have.
