Your distrust is not really the point though, infrastructure is in disrepair. Can't be a great nation if we can't travel anywhere or our cities get flooded from lack of funding for repairs/replacements

C'mon man! The answer is we already DID fund infrastructure repair. We spent a Trillion dollars on it, the politicians wasted it, and we still have busted [BAD WORD REMOVED] roads and bridges; so now they want more. BOHICA America, it's time for more "stimulus."
