Well if the rumours are correct the Jags are about to sign 2 of the top 3 FA's available:

Some players prefer to stay where they are, they know they play well in that system and they can win in that system. JJ Watt could have probably waited out his contract and signed elsewhere for more for example. Randall Cobb also turned down higher offers to stay in GB.
